It's sort of old news by now, but I thought I should make an official statement over here that we moved to Portland, Oregon!
Welcome to the Pearl.
And welcome to our little, modern city apartment. I never thought I'd say those words!
I prized myself for never having lived in an apartment – and hopefully never having to. But here I am. Top floor of a 4 story building. Just another door in the hall. And boy am I loving it!
It's quite an adjustment moving into a city, let alone an apartment for the first time; I have a good feeling about it though. Thus far I haven't gotten lost or locked myself out of our building, so, I'd say I'm doing pretty good.
It's a whole new life up here, and I'm excited to share the Oregon feels and views with you all.
